Memorial Roll

The Memorial Roll, established in 1919, is a way to honor deceased friends and loved ones. A certificate is issued in the name of the person memorialized and is often presented to a family member or displayed in the church. Churches or individuals may place as many names on the Memorial Roll as they desire, and those memorialized need not be members of the church.

To order a Memorial Roll:

1. Order Online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

   (Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.)
   • Obtain a Memorial Roll Order form from your local NMI president or print a PDF version of the form ( found here). (Order forms are also included in the District NMI Convention packet each local church receives annually.)
   • Fill out the order form.
   • Fill out a remittance form (choose either individual or church).

   • Send the order form, remittance form, and check for $50 (or the equivalent in another currency) to Global Treasury Services. See address below.
