Quenching the Thirst—We live in a world thirsty for God’s love and salvation. That’s why this year’s lessons have been designed to focus on how the Church of the Nazarene compassionately reaches out with grace and hope to needy people. Lesson topics include, among others, Nazarene Child Sponsorship, Global Nazarene Publications (formally World Mission Literature), World Mission Broadcast, medical missions, ministry to Hindus, and lives affected by the World Evangelism Fund. These lessons also correspond nicely with the 2009-10 NMI missions books.
