Sylvia Irena Potter
God has answered our prayers and Sylvia Irena Potter’s health is improving. She is gaining weight and has been released from the hospital. Sylvia and her twin sister, Dora Katherine, are both home now with their parents after being born prematurely on February 13. Doctors feel the hole between the ventricles of Sylvia’s heart will not hinder her development at this time. Dora Katherine is also doing well. The twins are the granddaughters of two missionary families – Jim and Kathy Radcliffe, missionaries to Papua New Guinea, and David and Sylvia Potter, missionaries to Vanuatu.

Missionary Prayer Focus Praises:

We praise the Lord with the following missionaries for God’s grace and provision:
Timothy and Lydia Kim, serving in the Philippines:
  • Praise God for how He continually uses Lydia in her position as treasurer in the Philippine Field Office.
  • God continually helps the Kim’s eldest son, Inn-Gee, in his studies at Gordon College. InnGee was chosen to be a member of the Jerusalem & Aden Forum, an elite group of students.
  • Praise the lord for the annual New Life Mission ministry with young people which went well in February 2010.

Hermann and Brigitte Gschwandtner, serving on the Eurasia Region:

  • Hermann is grateful that he is doing better health-wise.
  • The Gschwandtners share that they are grateful for the many messages of encouragement and support that they receive.
